Background

Jade received her MS in Biology-Neuroscience from Seton Hall University in 2024. As a graduate student, she worked as a teaching assistant for undergraduate biology students while also managing the Seton Hall Men’s Soccer team. Through these roles, she explored the implications of neurological and physiological consequences of contact sports. She has previously conducted research on the co-morbid genetic and inflammatory factors influencing CTE susceptibility and severity.

Jade currently works as a Research Assistant at the CTE Center. Her research interests include investigating potential biomarkers for the antemortem diagnosis of CTE and how they may differ from other forms of dementia.
