Nancy Devor

Nancy Devor, MDiv, PhD, is a senior staff psychologist at the Danielsen Institute (and former executive and training director), where she provides psychotherapy, supervision, and clergy evaluations. An ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, she is the coauthor with David Olsen of the book Saying No to Say Yes: Everyday Boundaries and Pastoral Excellence. She is also the co-author, along with her Danielsen Institute colleagues, of Relational Spirituality in Psychotherapy: Healing Suffering and Promoting Growth. A member of the Institute’s research team, her research interests include the faith experience of women and humility and narcissism in clergy.
