Roxanna Llamas
Psychology Intern
Roxanna Llamas, MA, is a clinical psychology doctoral intern. She works across the lifespan with individuals, couples, and groups, primarily from a relational psychodynamic perspective. Her clinical interests include attachment, life transitions, identity exploration, social justice, and trauma. Roxanna’s approach to psychotherapy is influenced by insight-oriented processes that promote critical examinations and self-reflective practices. She views the therapeutic space as a collaborative process of meaning making rooted in curiosity and awareness within the dynamics of relationships. Roxanna hopes to empower her clients to build deeper connections with themselves and the world around them, which in turn has the capacity to cultivate liberatory and transformative experiences.
