Marc Pritchard, CBO of Procter & Gamble, visits BU

Earlier this month, Marc Pritchard, CBO of Procter & Gamble joined the Questrom community to discuss how social impact is deeply woven into the brand’s formula for success. “Business can’t do good if they don’t do growth,” Pritchard said, “when we serve consumers with our superior product, we will be rewarded with growth and value creation…” Pritchard provided examples of how P&G’s marketing strategy strives to cater to real consumer problems across a wide range of diverse groups, for example a razor made specifically for black facial hair, and a hair care kit made specifically for the black hair care routines.
