Record Numbers Dance at Goldman Gala

Dean and Mrs. Hutter hosted the third annual Goldman Gala on Friday, April 13, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel. This was the largest Goldman Gala to date with 427 students, faculty, and staff in attendance.

Dean Jeffrey W. Hutter welcomed gala guests, recognized the committee, and congratulated the students on a successful year. For the second year in a row, the band Kahootz provided lively entertainment throughout the evening.

“Kathy and I are pleased to host the Goldman Gala this evening.” Dean Hutter said at the Gala. “The Gala is a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work and commitment that the students have consistently shown, especially over the past year. We always look forward to honoring how dedicated the students are to their learning, their patients, their research, their community, and their chosen profession.”

Dean Hutter also thanked the members of the Goldman Gala Committee, including: Shivali Gohel DMD 12, Jessica Bogucki DMD 12, Christopher Bickford DMD 13, Caitlin Reddy DMD 13, Cassandra Iglesias DMD 14, Ruth Joyce DMD 14, Marina Gonchar DMD 14, Jelena Vucijak DMD 14, Diana D’Aoust DMD 14, Keely Matheson DMD 15, Jessica Metcalfe DMD 15, Martha Neely AS 13, Sathvik Begur-Seshadri AS 12, Assistant Dean of Students Dr. Joseph Calabrese and Student Affairs Manager Erica Manczuk. He also gave a special thank you to GSDM Meeting and Event Planner Lindsay Corrigan for planning yet another enjoyable event.
