New Faculty Get Oriented

Dean Jeffrey W. Hutter and Chair of General Dentistry Dr. Judith Jones welcomed new faculty to the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine (GSDM) on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at New Faculty Orientation, held in the BU School of Medicine Dean’s Conference Room. New faculty from other Schools on the Medical Campus also attended their respective School orientations.

Dean Hutter thanked the new faculty  for choosing GSDM, stressed that it was an exciting time to be joining the faculty, and spoke about the progress we are making with our Applied Strategic Plan.

Dr. Jones led the agenda, which included faculty introductions, the Applied Strategic Plan, accreditation, and introductions to career planning and the Faculty Portfolio. She introduced new faculty to the School’s mission, core competencies, and strategic goals.
