Common Procedures
Neuromodulators
Neurotoxin treatment is a revolutionary approach to reversing the effects of facial wrinkles. Crow’s feet, worry lines, and laugh lines can all be a thing of the past. These are referred to as dynamic wrinkle lines and all are treatable with this procedure. Cosmetic nerve deactivation is the process of injecting a neurotoxin into the tiny facial muscles that create the wrinkles.
The Neuromodulator Procedure
Neurotoxin injections are performed without anesthesia because they are virtually painless. Only a very small sting is felt when the injections are made. The results are not permanent and may need to be repeated two to three times per year to retain the effects. Research has suggested, however, that long term use of the injections leads to a longer duration of each treatment’s effect. Patients over the age of 65 may not experience such dramatic results. Neurotoxin is only useful in treating expression lines and cannot be used to repair sagging skin caused by aging.
Facial Fillers
Today, many people are showing increasing interest in correcting wrinkles and folds, shaping facial contours, and augmenting the lips. With fillers such as Hyaluronic Acids and Radiesse, we can offer our patients a complete solution for tissue-tailored facial augmentation. Hyaluronic Acid Fillers are crystal-clear, biodegradable NASHA (Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid) gels, which are injected into the dermis (under the skin) in tiny amounts with a very fine needle. Radiesse is Hydroxyl Apatite particles suspended in a gel. Using one or the other or a combination produces a result that is instantaneous, producing a long-lasting, natural enhancement, gentle and safe to the skin.
Facial Implants
Facial implants offer another alternative to replace lost facial volume due to the natural aging of the face. These implants can be especially helpful in restoring the youthful fullness of the cheeks and mid face as well as the lips.
Surgical Facial Rejuvenation
Many patients seek to reverse the signs of aging and often minimally invasive procedures such as Botox and fillers are enough to eliminate wrinkles or restore sagging tissue. In some patients, further surgical therapy is necessary to achieve the desired result. You no longer have to look older than you feel! Face/Neck lift: At a certain point, excess skin and descent of the facial soft tissues requires a face & neck lift. This is done as an outpatient with minimal down time.
Forehead: Some wrinkles in the forehead and drooping of the eyebrows is not amenable to Botox therapy, while surgery can offer a dramatic improvement that lasts for years. It is an outpatient procedure often combined with other rejuvenating surgical procedures.
Eyelids: Treat drooping, sagging, and puffy eyelids with a simple surgery that can offer dramatic results.
Rhinoplasty: Twisted, crooked, or large noses may be repaired surgically to restore balance and harmony to your face.

Laser Skin Therapy
As one of the most exciting and innovative scientific achievements to date, laser technology is being utilized throughout the health care community. Our doctors use the Carbon Dioxide laser which has the longest track record and safety profile.
What areas can be treated through laser resurfacing?
The laser can be used to reduce tiny wrinkles, port wine stains, spider veins, and other minor skin imperfections. It can improve sun-damaged and acne scarred skin problems that often cause concern to both men and women. In addition, laser treatment is useful in the treatment of residual scarring and redness that results once a piercing is removed. All treatments are customized to each client’s specific needs.
