Bio
Dr. Henry is a clinical professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Boston University. He received his D.D.S. degree from the Case Western Reserve University and completed his residency in oral & maxillofacial surgery at the Christiana Medical Center in Delaware. As a resident, he received the Walter Lorenz Resident Research Award for his research.
Dr. Henry received advanced training in orthognathic and temporomandibular joint surgery as a fellow at Baylor University Medical Center under the direction of Dr. Larry Wolford. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Henry has pursued a variety of research interests throughout his career. He is the author of more than 35 scientific publications and book chapters. He has given numerous presentations at national and international meetings. Dr. Henry practiced in Keene, New Hampshire, for over 30 years before transitioning to academic practice. His clinical interests include Orthognathic and TMJ surgery, management of facial trauma, and office-based procedures. He participates in the clinical training of dental students and OMS residents, both in the hospital and clinic settings.
