Family Email List-Serv

Student Affairs has created a Family/Parent Support List-serv for GSDM students and residents with children. The purpose of this email list-serv is to assist parents in connecting with other parents who are students or residents at GSDM, in finding family friendly events and more.

In order to send an email to this list-serv, you must be added as an approved member. All students using the Family/Parent Support List-serv must follow the Conditions of Use Policy: Email Communication

List-serv postings, including views, statements, recommendations and advice, are solely the expression of the author(s) and are not attributable to GSDM.

TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST-SERV:

  • Send a plain text email to majordomo@bu.edu from your bu.edu email address
  • Leave the subject area blank
  • Be sure your email is in PLAIN TEXT and include the following in the body of the email:

subscribe dent-family-list

  • Do not enter any other information in the email besides what is listed above. You should receive an automated receipt of your subscription within 48-72 hours.

TO SEND EMAILS TO THE LIST-SERV:

  • In the “To:” field, type dent-family-list@bu.edu
  • Always use a descriptive subject line
  • You must be added as an approved member prior to sending any emails to the list-serv.
