We are celebrating Women’s History Month by highlighting our chefs who are paving the way for future generations of women to pursue their dreams and passions. Chef Franny always knew she wanted to be a chef, and has worked hard to rise in a male-dominated field like the professional kitchen. Now this multiple-award winning chef has also learned to be her own biggest cheerleader. Showing people her skills and talents starts with believing in them herself.
