BU Dining is known for celebrating the accomplishments of local restaurateurs and culinarians each semester through our Visiting Chef Series. Invitations are extended to some of Boston’s most famous chefs to ‘take-over’ the dining room for one evening. BU Dining features their recipes in each dining room giving guests a local taste. It is one of the most anticipated nights of each semester.
