Courtney Ianiro

Courtney Ianiro is the Associate Director of the Academic Testing Center. Prior to this role, Courtney was serving as the Assistant Director of First-Year Success in the Office of the Provost at Boston University, where she provided holistic advising to first-year students and developed programs that fostered engagement with the university’s academic and intellectual life.

Courtney holds an MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Averett University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Support Services at Boston University, where she managed the academic and personal development of student-athletes across seven varsity teams. She is an active participant in professional development, including leadership training and symposia focused on student-athlete wellness and collegiate athletics. In addition to her professional work, Courtney has been involved in numerous leadership and service activities, including volunteering with the Department of Leadership and Career Development, supporting Boston University Athletics’ inaugural Summer Bridge Program, and working on student-athlete wellness initiatives.
