As we look forward to another season of faculty searches and hires, please be reminded that all members of faculty search committees on the Charles River Campus are required to attend BU D&I’s training, Diversifying the Faculty: Best Practices for Inclusive Hiring. If you completed this training during AY 23-24, you are not required to attend again. If you aren’t sure about the last date you attended, you can confirm with us by emailing odi@bu.edu. Register for a summer session now! As the Fall semester approaches, more training dates will become available. While this training is required for all CRC faculty search committee members and tailored specifically to faculty searches, we welcome the attendance of others, including staff and Medical Campus faculty.
