Autism Doesn’t Hold People Back at Work. Discrimination Does.

This article explains the systemic issues within the workplace that continually limit and discriminate against neurodivergent people in the workplace. This article notes that neurodivergent people when placed in proper work environments and careers are likely to be more productive however, constant discrimination and lower pay rates continually leave neurodivergents unemployed.
