Awareness of Implicit Biases in the classroom

This article provides examples of Implicit Bias in the classroom and ways for teachers to become aware of implicit bias and interrupt it. This article suggests that teachers take an implicit bias assessment test, cultivate inclusion by integrating inclusive teaching practices, get feedback from peers or outside faculty, and get feedback from their students to ensure they are cultivating an inclusive classroom welcoming to all students.
