This book by Mahzarin R. Banaji & Anthony G. Greenwald explains implicit bias, how it is developed, and how individuals can learn to interpret implicit bias. The goal of this book is to address the implicit biases everyday people encounter, and how to unlearn patterns of association and assumption shape our biases towards marginalized groups and people.
