COVID Pandemic: A Threat to EDI Efforts – or an Opportunity for Leaders to Innovate?

This article addresses the systemic racism that was revealed during the pandemic and challenges leaders to thinking deeply and intentionally about how to be an ally and create systemic change through their leadership. This article explains the pandemic forced many people to change their ideas of normal and that now is the opportunity to redefine equity, diversity, and inclusion.
