Why does White Dominant Culture mean in Organizations?

This activity challenges readers to think about dominant cultural norms and practices, and how to shift hegemonist norms to different ways of thinking and interacting at a personal and institutional level. This activity gives examples of dominant culture norms on the left and different practices on the right as means for readers to critically engage with strategies to shift norms from “left”, dominant culture, to “right”, more transformational practices.
