Using Yellowdig to Extend and Deepen Classroom Discussions

Overview

In this Lightning Talk, Questrom Associate Dean Frederic Brunel shares his experience using the discussion platform Yellowdig in Questrom’s SM131 course, “Business, Ethics, and the Creation of Value.” He presents examples and data on how this tool is used to extend and deepen conversations outside the twice-weekly class meetings. During the fall 2021 semester, it is deployed with 23 sections and about 870 students. Something that was originally deployed as part of LfA is now part of our new-normal course design.
