Questrom Digital
The Questrom School has posed two questions: how will workers develop the mindset and skillsets required by an increasingly digital workplace, and how will BU extend its MOOCs for on-demand learning worldwide? The answer to both is Questrom Digital, a portfolio of 21 online modules drawn directly from the Questrom MicroMasters® courses.
Each module features videos, readings, quizzes, and other materials that together create a rich learning experience for the individual user.
Topics initially focus on seven digital business topics, ranging from platform strategy to analytics to leadership in the digital age.
These modules differ from the MicroMasters® program offerings in two key ways. They’re self-paced: ready whenever and wherever the participant may be. And they’re also self-driven: private experiences not connected to a community of learners.
Questrom Digital is directed by faculty and staff connected to Questrom’s Executive Education division. As the modules are launched as individual courses – particularly to BU alumni – they also become essential components of the broader Executive Education blended learning initiatives. Soon these and other modules will be required of incoming executives, installed on corporate platforms, and available to users around the globe.
