Student Spotlight: Haley Manin, CFA/COM’ 18

Meet Haley Manin! Haley is a freshman dual majoring in CFA – Graphic Design and COM – Advertising. Her passion for art flourished in high school where she studied mainly 2D media including charcoal, oil painting, as well as sculpting, and more. Through advertising, she wants to pursue a profession that values and requires her creative side.

Haley is born and raised in Pennsylvania and absolutely loves her first year at BU along with meeting students from all over the world. She is currently part of the BU Ski club team. It’s her first time Ski Racing and she’s having a blast! After finishing her first race, she couldn’t help but, “feel so accomplished and proud!” So far, she’s traveled to New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Canada with many more trips in store for the rest of the season.

Fun fact: Haley has a twin brother and can wiggle her ears!
