ISIL: How Did We Get Here? Where are We Headed?

A panel to generate awareness of events currently taking place in Iraq and Syria with regard to ISIL, but also to promote a deeper understanding of those events, one that goes beyond what can be grasped by simply following the daily news cycle. We will have four panelists and a moderator presiding.
