Meghan McCarthy is a member of the Dean of Student senior team. As Associate Dean of Finance & Administration, Meghan oversees fiscal management and employee success within the Division of Student Affairs. She is responsible for establishing best practices in recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, evaluation, and professional development for the Student Affairs workforce.
