Appeal to Remain On-Campus After March 22 Move Out

If you have extenuating circumstances that make leaving university housing impossible, please complete the following appeal. Please provide as much detail as possible. Your appeal will be reviewed by the Dean of Students Office and you will be notified of the decision.

If you’ve already left campus, you do not need to appeal to stay. Please communicate with your Residence Life area staff regarding your return plans, or see the BU Housing portal for more information about pack and store options.

If your appeal is accepted and you are permitted to remain on campus, please know that Boston University may need to relocate you to another residence.
