Elias Ilin is a PhD candidate in economics at Boston University. Elias’ current research lies at the intersection of labor economics and public finance and covers variety of topics such as tax policy, unemployment insurance and economic mobility. He received a BS in economics from University of London and a BS in economics from Higher School of Economics.
