EDRT Presence at DCU’s Leadership & Talent Institute Inaugural Conference
In March 2016, EDRT Director Jack McCarthy spoke at Dublin City University’s inaugural Leadership & Talent Institute conference on the subject of Leadership for a Sustainable World. Jack spoke about his experiences in helping to facilitate leadership development workshops with NGO managers in Ethiopia and our colleagues from CCL’s amazing Leadership Beyond Boundaries program and his work and travels in Africa fostering sustainable leadership initiatives in the developing world. His session was entitled “A Quest for Global Leadership: Living and Leading in a Changed World.” Our colleagues at Dublin City University founded the Leadership & Talent Institute as the first of its kind in Ireland based on their experiences with EDRT’s unique model in Boston.
