Application Fee Waiver Request
The application for Fall and Spring 2025 opens on September 1st.
If you wish to request a fee waiver for a Master’s or PhD application for entry in Fall or Spring 2025, please wait until September 1, 2024 to submit a request form. The deadlines for fee waiver requests are listed below.
Deadlines for Fall and Spring 2025 application fee waiver:
- Fall 2025 Early Consideration Applicants (BU ENG students only): September 23, 2024
- Spring 2025 Master’s Applicants: September 23, 2024
- Fall 2025 PhD Applicants: December 6, 2024
- Fall 2025 Master’s Applicants for the Priority Scholarship Deadline: January 8, 2025
- Fall 2025 Master’s Applicants: March 10, 2025
Please note we cannot grant fee waivers to applicants that have already submitted at least 1 application in our system. You must request your fee waiver AFTER creating your account and BEFORE submitting your application. No refunds will be made to students requesting a fee waiver after they submitted an application.
To request a fee waiver you must have started your application to BU’s College of Engineering. You will need to enter your CAS ID in the form below.
- If approved, you will receive an email from the Graduate Programs Office with instructions on how to redeem the fee waiver up to 5 business days after form submission.
- One fee waiver is good for ONE program application. If you are applying to multiple programs, please submit this form for each program application.
