Sign In to Zoom

Zoom is configured to use your BU username and Kerberos password to sign in. You can sign in via the web, desktop, and mobile applications with the following instructions.

  1. Launch the Desktop Application and click “Sign In“
  2. On the right-hand-side of the new window click “Sign in with SSO“
  3. Enter the Company Domain: bostonu
  4. This will redirect to a browser BU login where you can enter your BU username and Kerberos password
  5. You may get a pop-up to open the Zoom app, Click “Open Zoom“
