Enrollment Services Operations
Enrollment Services Operations (ESO) defines, facilitates, and delivers value creation by providing operational and technical infrastructure support to the departments within Enrollment and Student Affairs (ENSA). Some of the services provided includes: IT help desk, IT network support, evaluation of software, workflow and business process analysis, printing services and project management. These created services effectively deliver value to customers and ensure operational efficiency in support of each department’s organizational goals.
