Rashmi Paudel

EWL 2023–2025 Mentee

Rashmi Paudel, is a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at Boston University School of Public Health and a Global Health Instructor there since September 2023. She is also a Research Consultant for The World Bank, working on primary care service delivery models for non-communicable diseases. Rashmi has extensive experience, including roles as Program Coordinator at SHIELD, Boston University, Consultant for KIT Royal Tropical Institute, and Community Healthcare Program Specialist at Urban Health Promotion Center in Kathmandu. Her previous positions included program manager at Karuna Foundation, community healthcare lead at Possible, senior WASH officer for International Medical Corps, and monitoring and evaluation officer for Women for Women International. Rashmi holds a certificate from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and has studied at Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu.
