East Boston Neighborhood Health Center

The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center has been a vital part of the community for over 40 years, providing easily accessible, high-quality health care to all who live and work in East Boston and the surrounding communities, without regard to age, income, insurance status, language, culture, or social circumstances. Our services and development have been defined by the needs of East Boston and the communities we serve.

Community resources we provide include the East Boston Farmers Market; the Elder Service Plan, which helps seniors stay in their own homes while receiving nursing care; Project SHINE, a comprehensive, multidisciplinary HIV services program; Let’s Get Movin’, a lifestyle-change program for children and teens; and CATCH, which offers special care for children with complex medical needs.
