At-Home Upper Body Exercises with Rachael

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with loved ones! As FitRec is closed for the holiday recess until Sunday, it’s a great time to try out a new at-home workout!

Follow along as Rachael, a yoga and Pilates instructor at FitRec, leads you through a few upper body exercises you can do from anywhere. All you need are some weights (try canned goods or filled water bottles) and you’re on your way!
