Celebrating 15 Years – 4.27 & 4.28

The Cambridge Youth Dance Company (CYDP) will present their annual spring concert on April 27 & 28, 2019!

Celebrating 15 years of artistic excellence, the concert will feature choreography and restagings from renowned local and national stars in ballet, jazz, tap dance, modern and contemporary dance. The program will be both retrospective and contemporary, from ballet variations restaged by Boston Ballet alum Nina Pillar, to tap dances set by acclaimed choreographer Derick Grant, and the unveiling of Chaos, a piece from guest choreographer and Alvin Ailey alum Christopher Huggins. The program will end with a disco party by master teacher Adrienne Hawkins, closing out our exuberant reflection of CYDP with a tribute to our fifteen-year ability to keep “stayin’ alive.”
