• All 6-month and Annual members will receive complimentary access to FitPass classes.
• Full-time BU Faculty/Staff members hired within the last 30 days can receive a complimentary 30-day membership by emailing perdmbsg@bu.edu with proof of hire date. This offer extends to first-time hires of BU for compensated positions only. Casual/Temporary positions are eligible for membership at the Faculty/Staff level but are not eligible for the complimentary 30-day trial.
• Visiting Scholars or any other designation listed at the bottom of this page should contact fitrec@bu.edu in order to have the proper permission attached to their account to enable them to purchase membership at the faculty/staff level. Visiting Scholars should submit their Appointment Letter showing start and end dates of appointment.

Monthly Recurring Pricing

This is a monthly membership that becomes active immediately at time of purchase. The first month price is pro-rated to reflect the number of days remaining in the month. There will be a reoccurring charge on the first of each month until membership iscancelled via our online form. Cancellation request deadline is the 25th of the month to stop billing for the following month.

*First month price will prorate automatically based on the day of purchase. Following months will bill at the full monthly amount.

• The following BU affiliations are eligible for Faculty/Staff membership: Emerita Professor, Emeritus Professor, Retired Employee, Trustee, Visiting Scholar/Research Fellow, Military Science and Fraunhofer. Contact fitrec@bu.edu to have the proper permission attached to your account to enable you to purchase membership if you do not already have it. Visiting Scholars should submit their Appointment Letter showing start and end dates of appointment.
• Cancellation Policy – members must cancel by the 25^th of the month to end the monthly plan
• The groups listed below are also eligible to join. Proof of eligibility, such as work ID or letter from personnel, is required. Send proof of eligibility to fitrec@bu.edu and you will be contacted when proper permissions have been added to your account. If you do not have a BU kerberos login, you will need to create an account. If you have a BU kerberos login, you will not need to create an account.
