Personal Trainer

Jenny is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has a background in powerlifting and has achieved an elite level total in the squat, bench, and deadlift. She is also an official USA Powerlifting referee, where she examines proper lifting form at powerlifting meets. Her focus is on strength programming, a great way to achieve body recomposition and become more confident in your abilities at the gym. She wants to help people feel better in their bodies, and create a safe and fun environment to start their fitness journey.

She believes that building a sustainable lifestyle with exercise is essential for countless long term health benefits, both mentally and physically. She will gladly sit down and help you work out a plan to achieve your fitness goals, whether that be completing your first pull-up or squatting double your bodyweight. She will cater her programming to your specific needs and interests, accommodating for any level of background experience. As long as you’re willing to put in the work, it will pay off under her guidance.
