Personal Trainer
Mia is an undergraduate at Boston University majoring in dietetics and public health. She received her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with the intention to expand her knowledge in the gym as well as keep up to date in the health industry, but this also sparked a passion to help others improve their own lives.
Mia believes in the direct connections between movement and improvement in quality of life. By completing workouts that you truly enjoy, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, and reaching your goals one step at a time, the mental and physical both improve simultaneously. From experience as a swimming coach and athletic trainer, she understands that everyone’s health journey is completely unique to each individual.
Catering to each client’s needs and goals, while fostering a strong relationship to learn together, her main focus is in creating optimal training plans. Mia’s own training interests and areas of expertise are bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, and functional fitness. No matter your fitness level, as long as you’re ready to work, then you’re already closer to success.
