Mike Klosowski
Personal Trainer
Mike is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He is a second-year undergraduate student studying information systems and data science. He started strength training in 2020 due to the pandemic and it has become a devout passion since. Through becoming a certified personal trainer, he could take this passion to the next level, instructing others in something he loves. His specialties are bodybuilding, powerlifting, strength training, weight loss, and exercise programming. Fitness has countless benefits – both physical and mental. Mike believes it is important to make the most out of your time in the gym and to start strong in your efforts towards reaching your fitness goals. His strives to help clients on optimal exercise selection, exercise form and tips, and to foster a love for fitness.
