BUEMS can provide first aid coverage for any department, student group, or individual hosting an event on campus.

• Cost:
  • $35/hour for Boston University student organizations (recognized by SAO)
  • $40/hour for Boston University departments
  • $45/hour for non-affiliated groups
• There is a two-hour minimum charge for coverage.
• Requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the event to guarantee EMS coverage.
• Confirmation of event coverage can be expected within five business days of the form being submitted.
