Members of the Fitness & Recreation Center also gain access to the Track & Tennis Center, located at 100 Ashford Street. The Track & Tennis Center (TTC) features a banked six-lane 200 meter indoor track, an exterior flat jogging lane, tennis courts, golf range (for recreational class only), and locker rooms with day-use lockers.
FitRec members are eligible to use the TTC for recreational use. Members may bring guests if the guest has purchased a day pass which must be purchased online and in advance (in-person sales at TTC no longer available).
- Unless otherwise indicated, a minimum of two courts will be available during the hours listed here (please review carefully – exceptions are numerous during winter months and may be added).
- Court usage is for 1-hour per day per group. Reservations are required unless otherwise noted.
- Please be respectful of those playing on adjacent courts. If no one is waiting to play on your court after one hour, players are welcome to stay as long as it is still recreational tennis hours.
- Please contact attendant at entry desk or the FitRec Member Services Desk at 617-358-3740 if courts are unsafe for any reason.
- DO NOT adjust, set-up or breakdown tennis nets – a supervisor will assist or find a manager who is familiar with the equipment. For more information on TTC and outdoor courts, click here.

Indoor Tennis Court Reservations
Track & Tennis Center
100 Ashford Street
Reservations are required during most parts of the year. Hours vary throughout the academic year. Visit our
hours page for specific information.
Reservations, when required, can be made up to 48 hours in advance during the fall and spring semesters. During the summer, courts are available on a walk-in basis for members only.
How to read the reservation calendar:
1. After clicking the reservation link above, click “Go To Calendar” for the specific hour that you are looking to play
2. If a slot is open to booked, it will show in green
3. If on the calendar you see text that includes the word “unavailable” that means either that date/time is more than 48 hours away (so is not yet available to be booked), or if it is within 48 hours, that it has already been booked and therefore unavailable
4. If on the calendar you see a blank box for a specific date, that means no reservation is or will be available for that hour on that specific date
