Lykke Andersen holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Univesrity of Aarhus, Denmark. She has conducted research on development and the environment in Latin America for more than 18 years as the Executive Director of INESAD, the Science Director of Conservation International – Bolivia, Chief Economist at the Catholic University of Bolivia, and as a consultant for the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), the United Nations, and several other development institutions.
