Cynthia Sanborn

Dr. Sanborn is Vice Rector of Research at the Universidad del Pacífico and full professor of the Political and Social Sciences Department. She holds a PhD and MA in Government from Harvard University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago. 

She has served as director of the Centro de Investigación de la Universidad del Pacífico (CIUP) and Department Head of the Social and Political Sciences. She is Board President of the Consorcio de Investigación Económica Social (CIES) and member of the Advisory Board of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) at Harvard University. She is also a founding member of Grupo Sofia: professional women in social sciences.
