Liaoguo Chen

Liaoguo (Joyce) Chen is a Communications Fellow for the Global China Initiative at the GDP Center. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, majoring in communication studies, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public relations at Boston University. She previously worked as an account executive at PRLab at Boston University for Aaron’s Presents, a nonprofit organization for children, to enhance its media presence. As a Chinese Communications Fellow, Joyce is excited to help develop impactful communications products to showcase GCI’s work for Chinese-language audiences.
