As part of the Fall 2020 Global China Research Colloquium, Xia Li will present on Physical Climate Risks and Overseas Investments. Xia is a Ph.D. candidate in the Strategy & Innovation Department at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. She is also a research fellow with the Global China Initiative of the Global Development Policy Center. She specializes in corporate sustainability, climate change, and innovation. Her dissertation examines firms’ strategic responses to physical climate risks.
