Angie Ye

Angie Ye is the Communications and Outreach Associate for the Global China Initiative (GCI) at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. She supports executing and developing GCI communications strategies across digital media, media relations, email marketing, events and outreach, as well as managing the translation process for GCI publications.

Angie graduated from Boston University with a MS in Journalism and received a BA in Translation from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Center, she was a contributor and an editor at Boston University News Service and previously worked with a nonprofit that provides aid to refugees and immigrants to enhance its digital presence. She also volunteered as an English teacher in Kathmandu, Nepal and Hunan, China.
