Hope Marshall is the Program Manager for the Global Economic Governance Initiative at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. In this role, she collaborates with stakeholders to strategize project plans, co-manage budgets, facilitate communication and align decisions with the GDP Center’s priorities.
Prior to joining the GDP Center, Hope worked in program management at the Harvard China Fund and the National Committee on US-China Relations. While pursuing her master’s degree, she conducted research on the influence of China’s global development projects at the China Africa Research Initiative, the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Rhodium Group.
Hope holds a B.A. in International Studies from Indiana University and an M.A. in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
