Ian Kieffer

Ian Kieffer is a Former Global China Pre-doctoral Research Fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center and a PhD student in the Earth and Environment Department at Boston University. His research interests are broadly related to energy and environmental macroeconomics with a focus on climate change mitigation and adaptation. Ian’s research for the Global China Initiative investigates the implications of China’s foreign energy investments. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from Boston University, as well as a Masters degree in Chemistry from Washington State University.
