Sarah Vincent is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow with the Human Capital Initiative at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. She holds a PhD from the Aix-Marseille School of Economics in France. Her research interests lie at the intersection of development economics, health economics, economic history and political economy, incorporating insights from psychology and anthropology. She works on the determinants and implications of gender norms, gender-based violence, and sexual and reproductive health, exploring how these factors intersect with broader social and economic issues. During her PhD, she has visited various research departments, the Centre of Human Sciences in India, the University of British Columbia in Canada and the University of New South Wales in Australia.
