BUSM Historical Society looking for SPH input for their new journal. Articles must be submitted by August 6th!
Three BU School of Medicine Students have started the “BU School of Medicine Historical Society”, a group that hopes to promote appreciation for the history of medicine. To help further their goal, this year they are starting Aceso: The Journal of the BUSM Historical Society. They will be collecting submissions from students and faculty and would love for the School of Public Health to be involved as well.
They are looking for writers and editors to make contributions in the fields of:
-Medicine in Antiquity
-History of Medicine and Public Health
-History of Medical Education
-History of BUSM/BMC, Medicine in MA, Public Health in MA
-Biographical Essays
-Ethics/Editorials
-General Medical History
-Book Reviews
