Research Assistant Position Available-Community Based Participatory Research
The Research Assistant for the Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) infrastructure will work with the PIs to develop and foster the growth of CBPR at BUSPH. The RA will work with faculty in the development of reports of the CBPR activities at SPH, and assist in development of a CBPR website; they will act as liaison with various departments and faculty within SPH to collect information and to create and build a database of researchers, community organizations, funders and relevant RFPs; and they will establish a moderated e-mail list serve. The student will work well in a team setting as well as take initiative in implementing the actions, including conducting interviews and making cold calls to faculty and community organizations.
