Capacity Building for Disability Cooperation
CABDICO is a local non-governmental organization established through registration with the Ministry of Interior on 18 January 2006. CABDICO was established through the localisation of Handicap International’s CABDIC program that operated between 1999 and 2005. The organization focuses on two core objectives: (1) early intervention among children with disability through the direct provision of home-based rehabilitation and referral services and (2) capacity building of self-help initiatives to promote inclusive local development.

Objectives of the Position

  • The objective is to develop and implement OIC: The Cambodia Project’s fundraising strategy.
  • Outline 3-month, 12-month and 24-month fundraising strategies in partnership with the Managing Director and team.
  • Review communications materials and work with Communications Director to assure alignment of strategy with communications strategy.

Duration of the Position
The position will begin with a probationary period of 90 days, after which the employer has the right to terminate the contract. This position is a 12-month contract, renewable every 12 months.
